The Annual General Meeting 2011
The AGM was held on Thursday 8 December at 4pm as
notified in the Notice.
The Chairman's
report and the Treasurer/Secretary report were
presented.
The ballot for places on the Executive Committee resulted in the
election of the following Committee Members (their supporting

The AGM was followed by a
panel discussion on key public procurement law developments in
2011. The panellists were Michael Bowsher
QC, Nigel Giffin GC and Sarah Hannaford QC.
The Audited Accounts for 2009/10
and the Draft Accounts
for 2010/11 were produced at the AGM.
