The first PLA event for 2010 was the
PLA's main Annual Event. The event was held
at Norton Rose's offices, 3 More Riverside, London. As
regards the programme, half of the time available was devoted
to a practical look at litigating procurement cases. The other half
of the event included an update on Auroux and a review of
the past year's most significant ECJ cases in the procurement
field.
